Every home should have one: A shipping container. #2 January

To provide a secure place to store bulding materials during construction we purchased a 20' shipping container.

Delivery coincided perfectly with the closure of the main road into Reeth (from the east; B6270). After a 15 mile detour across the moors Len arrived at 9.30.

I was told "it will be 'tight'; but a 8' 5" wide lorry will squeeze through a 8' 9" entrance". It was very tight. Only two inches either side.

The crane on the lorry was awesome.
